Due to variations in screen displays, colors may appear slightly different in person.
All artworks are sold unframed (unless written otherwise).
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in CAD.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
Payment
We accept payment via:

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Shipping

Delivery Times

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Shipping Damage
All artwork is carefully packaged. If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final sale and non-refundable, unless the artwork arrives damaged.
We do not accept returns based on:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color variation due to screen differences
If an item is confirmed damaged in transit and properly documented, we will:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Provide a refund at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Jane Aimée Soleil.
Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
All original artworks are shipped with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate verifies the originality of the piece and includes relevant details such as the artwork title, medium, dimensions, year of creation, and the artist’s signature.
The Certificate of Authenticity serves as proof that the artwork is an original creation by the artist. It should be kept in a safe place, as it may be required for insurance, resale, or valuation purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jane Aimée Soleil shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by third-party carriers
- Customs-related issues
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of:
Québec, Canada
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
